We recognize returns are a pain for everyone - which is why we’ve worked hard to provide details on sizing for each garment - but if you need to mail our stuff back to us, we’ll return all unworn and still tagged merchandise for online store credit.
We know that this return policy can’t compete with the e-commerce juggernauts like Amazon or REI. We appreciate your understanding that we’re not tech geniuses (heck, we literally got our first computer in the store four years ago) and that we don’t utilize a fulfillment service because we like staying connected to our customers.
